InstantTimeZone
Freeware, shows current time and date in another time zone, in system tray, next to your computer clock. On mouse over, the full time (with minutes) is diplayed, and comment or date. You can use many InstantTimeZone at same time, with different color, for show times of many / multiple timezones (need many installation (setup) in different directory). (Just have to change name of shurtcut in startup before second install) By left click, you can open a small windows for display time (and date and comment) on top of all other windows. You can setup alarm (alert) for reminder (ex: for not forget a meeting).
